This image was part of my Santa Pause practice last week and I’m moved to share it with you, too. I send you so much love and a heartfelt wish that peace come to you, in all ways, today, this week, and as we start a brand new year.
With a hug,
Kristin

This isn’t the same as passivity or inaction.
It’s a posture to cultivate. A practice. An easing of our suffering.
As our hearts and lives and world transform – now and always – this is our great work.
This is where we – all of us – find peace.

(Trust Habits starts Monday. Come join us…)

Chances to connect meaningfully with people and your own amazing aliveness are woven into the fabric of everything.
Great opportunities for such things do come in the form of retreats and large events, but the habits and relationships we cultivate every single day – while often far less glamorous and shiny – are the forces that most profoundly bring us alive, free us to act with courage and trust when we’re afraid, and deepen our capacity to give and take-in love.
No weekend event can hold a candle to that power.

I’m taking this to heart as I prepare to head east for the next few days to retreat. Remembering that I can be still inside – even as I bustle and pack – is a soothing hand at my back.
May you find stillness in your days. May you remember as many times as you need to that you can seek and find stillness – even as you move.
With so much love,
Kristin
P.S. I made some changes this week to my About page to try to more clearly articulate what I’m here to do. I love feedback, always, and welcome and appreciate any you have to give on this.
